Overall the park was nice. My only complaint, the grounds wasn’t kept up in the park area very well. Grass needed cutting badly and the restrooms were not clean at all. Cost of stay was good and the campsite was good, location was great.

This was one of the cleanest, best maintained RV parks we have ever seen. Restrooms/showers were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to be for visits to Fort Smith. We will be back.

Campground has two separate loops: loop A is waterside & more open, with 30 amp sites while loop B is wooded with peekaboo views of the river, with 50 amp. Asphalt roads & site pads are narrow with pea gravel or cement picnic table pads. Some road & dam siren noise in the B loop. Good location for the Fort Smith attractions. Many levers were needed to get our rig level. The park had potential to be so much better; just needs some TLC.
