What Guests Are Saying

Hill Creek offers a pleasant and less crowded camping experience with well-spaced sites and convenient bathroom access. The camp hosts are friendly and engage campers with activities like scavenger hunts. Very quiet park. The attendant is so sweet and kind. The park rangers came through regularly. Bathrooms were very clean. It would be nice if there was a playground for children.

We had a great time. The grounds were well taken care of. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and maintained. The ranger and the couple who over sees the grounds were very visible making their rounds. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The swim area was very clean. We will definitely be back more often. This is campsite is definitely recommend.

Corp water management needs to be updated. Last 3 years when camping water level is to high. Winter pool level needs to be revised down 5 to 6 ft to allow for spring rains. Flood stage makes it hard to access marina.

We did not find out there was no water hookup until we arrived. The park attendant was not informative about where to get water, except to say, "Yep, no water hookup. There are a couple of places in there to fill up your water."

Hill Creek Campground was great! The sites are spacious and clean as well as the bathrooms. As an added bonus, Hill Creek is about 5 minutes away from the cliffs, which are relaxing and enjoyable.
