Ozark Canopy Farmington

2022-This is a small, 24 spot, RV park with mostly permanent residences. My experience has been nothing but good. I have spoken with Brittany on many occasions and she has worked hard to accommodate me and my RV. Thanx much and I'll see you in the spring. 2023- They have continued improving, cleaning and all around making this little spot more appealing. Keep up the good work all. 2025- nice little spot if you can get in. 2026- continued improvement under new ownership. Brittany still great to work with

If I could do a lower rating I would, the lady who manages the park conveniently forgets already paid rent dues and the whole place is overpriced anyway.

Be very cautious before booking here. Their practices are misleading, and despite their promises, they do not honor refunds. I had to cancel my reservation three weeks in advance due to a family emergency. The manager assured me there would be no issue and that I’d receive a full refund. However, a month later—after I followed up—they returned only 20% of my payment, along with a generic letter claiming they had to keep the rest for a “cancellation fee” that was never disclosed. This was dishonest and unfair. Book at your own risk.

This place is the worst in the entire NWA area. No ammenities and the property manager is over involved in people's personal lives. Dishonest and over reacting to things that dont concern her or the park. Stay away from this park and avoid their choice of so called property managers.

It appears this RV park has changed owners after reading the reviews. I can tell it has. I do not The current management is wonderful and very accommodating. I do not write reviews very often but they deserve a better rating than what is showing. We had our reservations cancelled at Prairie Creek 1 week before Blues Bikes and BBQ because of the storm damage. We started to scramble looking for a place reasonably close to Rogers. We found Ozark Canopy. She had 2 spots that was perfect for us. They even moved up a upgrade to one spot to move us closer to one another me and my father. Very clean quiet and easy back in for our 40 ft Toy hauler and his 31 footer. Pricing was extremely reasonable for a weeks stay. Full hook ups water electric 50 amp Wifi and sewer. Nice shade trees and camper lots are fairly level mine was just a inch and a half of side to side. Dads was off by less than a half inch it was fresh leveled gravel. Only negative which really was not a big deal is the entrance for a 40 ft plus fifth wheel is tight coming in from one direction but is doable if you know how to drive, coming in from the other would be a breeze. Everything is close Walmart Kum and GO and most anything else you might need if you forget it. Tenants are friendly and watch your stuff. Everyone waves. I bet they do weekend and extended stays like ours for a week if a spot is open. But this would make a great place for a long term stay by the month or months. Everything is setup correct for a long term stay water boxes are heated and insulated . You can have your own electric box in your name for long term. They did not require us to turn on a meter for the week stay it was just like a normal campground. Wifi is wonderful. I would stay here again if needed. They have another site in Springdale and I bet it is as nice you can tell the "NEW" current owners care about the park and customer service.
