Nice campground , fish weren't biting but still had a nice time. Park lady was just a little controlling. Like patrolled pretty heavy but that's okay. Any way we try to be good campers and not make noise etc. Thankful for our country and our parks

The park attendant has a bad attitude and seems to be looking for confrontations. He walks the park with his dog muzzled and is not helpful at all. We watched him make issues out of nothing with our neighboring campers. Honestly, his actions were far worse than anything that anyone else in the park was doing. The Park Ranger, on the other hand, is a very cool guy. We will just stick to Prairie Creek or Lost Bridge.

We have camped here for many years. Site #24 is our favorite. But the pad at this site has been breaking down for the last 5 years or so. The pad needs to be updated before it washes away.

Very nice campground in NWA. I had site #17, right on the lake. Asphalt a bit chewed up, and not very level, but not horrible. Bathhouse in easy walking distance, which was fairly clean, could've been better but again, not bad.
Area for kids to play close to camping sites, along with place to play volleyball.
Boat ramp and swim area very close also. Layout of this campground is great.
Really only negative was dealing with the horseflies. Should've had my deet.

Very clean and peaceful area. I love how the lake makes the small wave noises as if I'm back from my home country Marshall Islands sitting by the beach. They got electricity, showers/toilets, picnic table and even a grill/campfire spot! We didn't have a RV so we did like a "glamping" camping. I love the spot we reserved, it was right next to the water.
