Sugar Loaf is a well-loved camping destination known for its beautiful views of Greer's Ferry Lake and the nearby Sugar Loaf Mountain. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the bathrooms, and the helpfulness of the staff, especially the gate attendant. While some campers note the need for updates to the sites and grounds, many express their intention to return due to the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyable swimming and kayaking experiences.

We always spend 10 days each summer in mid june, this year the weather was great and the kids had a blast riding bikes playing washers and even basketball. It would really help if the park could put in water lines like at Devils fork park. A section is so beautiful but no power and of course no water. The park is busy enough to upgrade the bathrooms and add more power and water.

Had to leave a day early because the power went out at the whole campground. Nothing like having to pack up at 10:00 pm.
