This park was beautiful, clean, and park attendant came out in the pouring rain to show us where our site was. We will be back for sure.

We loved camping at Piney Bay while we visited Russellville. The campsites were father apart than many many places and our dogs had space to stretch their legs. We carefully chose a campsite that worked with our trailer, and were able to step directly out our door to the raised picnic area as they were exactly the right height. We parked in the G loop in the woods, and it had light shade over most of the site and sun in front all day, so we could sit in either. At night it was extreamly quiet, even the first night when every campsite was occupied, and I think it was because the campground is so spread out. Rangers didn't mind well-behaved dogs being off leash, and they made regular passes through to check on the well being of things. We felt very safe

Great campground! I had never been here before but the park is very pretty! Nice lake, and the sites all have big nice spots. that have large paved or gravel areas for the picnic table
