What Guests Are Saying
Dam - Quarry campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and great trout fishing in the Norfork River. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and friendly park staff, with several expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some facilities needing maintenance, which some attribute to the behavior of other campers rather than park management.

I will return this camp ground whenever I visit Mount Home. The location and views are unbelievable. My only problem was that I would like to see the restrooms a little cleaner, I would agree that it needs to start with the campers picking up and cleanup after themselves.
Thanks,
Roy

It was a pleasant quiet place to camp. Lots of room between sites. Bathrooms not that well kept.

This review is not a reflection on the park staff. It is a reflection of SOME of the people who use the park and seem to come to turn their children loose without supervision thus allowing them to wreck havok on the park facilities. We stayed 6 nights and for those days SOMEONE stipped all the toilet paper, liquid soap and the wall mounted soap dispenser while trashing each of the stalls including SOMEONE using one of the stalls and it's shower drain as a dispositatory for their human waste in the drain. This has to stop, even if the shower facilities are changed to a "pay to use" system. I have been using this park for over 50 years and in those years people have changed but the park staff has always done their best to clean up and fix the things that have been trashed or broken. I commend them for their efforts. Thanks to them we have a park system to use and enjoy. Shame on those few that tear up and deface our park systems.

Great experience. Nice camp sites. Wasn't as clean as years past but overall no complaints at all.

We stay here every year and itβs always nice and well maintained, but this year it was not. The grounds and restrooms were not being maintained and it got pretty bad.

Bathrooms were filthy. I had to clean the toilet just to use it. Trash hadn't been changed in a long time and reaked. Didn't use the showers because of the dirtiness.
