This is an awesome campground. Sites are level and easy to back into. This is a Corp of Engineers park so you can stay for $11 a night with a senior pass. Park is well maintained and the attendants are outstanding. This is our favorite campground. If you like river fishing for tout or lake fishing for bass, crappie or other species, you need to try this park.

The Host and Hostess are the best. They are most helpful and very friendly. The camp grounds are the cleanness that I have seem them since I have been camping. It has many sites to see: Blanchard Springs, White River, Bull Shoals, etc.

Usually highly impressed with COA facilities but in this campground west-most rest rooms could use attention. One with broken lock; another with lights out; one with shower head directing flow only very close to wall. Large but oddly designed toilet/shower rooms with bench and clothing hooks far from shower leaving entire floor almost always wet.
Pleasant location and helpful staff.
No firewood available inside the campground but readily available very nearby.

Great campground and caretakers. Sites are level and clean. bathrooms were clean. It would be nice if they would clean out fire pits.

Size of sites was great. The two women I had contact with in the office were extremely helpful and friendly. The showers were very nice as well.

Dam Quarry is a pretty, quiet park with river access for trout fishing, The park is well maintained and I really like that reservations are a must now. Mountain Home, AR is close by as well as some nice day trip areas to visit.
