The site was very nice, grass was nicely cut, everything was wonderful. I wish that the weather man would have cooperated a little more. It was wet.

Fantastic place for kids to ride bicycles. We purposely chose a site near the smaller restroom/shower building, to minimize filling our tanks and heating water, but it was locked unoccupied multiple times during our stay. No signage, warnings, or (most importantly) discounts. Instead, we had to burn our propane, take short showers, and pay for unusable facilities. The walk to the other building (which seemed to never be out of order) involved unmown grass, or enough pavement to make it worth driving. Many sites shared a water hydrant between two sites. Bring a valved splitter. Many prime sites, in the cool air zone near the river, sat empty overnight, but were unavailable to reserve online. The restrooms smell surprisingly like pit toilets, even though the showers tend to keep the flooring rinsed and soaking wet. Bring shower shoes and/or rug, and expect wet pants, if you need to sit on the toilets.

Great location! Not far from Mt. Home AR if you need additional activities. Dollar General very close for any forgotten item. Really good for littles to have a place to play and ride bikes.

very quite. Not many campers so everthing was quite. Kids had a better time without a lot of traffic. Camp sites where noticablly cleaner and better kept. Grass was higher and the insects where at a higher level. Fishing was good and water was down allowing the wading fishermen an opportunity to enjoy it without having to worry about to much water discharge which has been a problem since first of the year.
