Nice little site, great big grassy areas all around for the kids and pups. Playground and dump station close by with plenty of restrooms and showers close by if needed. Hosts were a pleasure to speak and deal with. Water and 30amp electric between 47 and 48, water is shared between the two sites. Our only complaint was the family next to us that pawned their kids off on all the other campers while they partied.. nice folks but horrible neighbors... though this point is irrelevant to the quality of the campground. Have more reservations and intend to stay many more times.

Very nice park with some shade trees. I was happy to see the Ranger and park personnel patrol the park and keep an eye on things. The river is very nice and cool in the mornings. However the shower house could use some updating and better bug control. Very friendly park personnel.

Overall a positive experience. I stayed in the small loop on north side of campground. The covered patio was nice especially during the scattered rains. The site was a decent size for my 25 footer. Only 2 problems... 1st day there, a thunderstorm came through and lightning struck a transformer about a half mile away causing power outage until about 7:30 next day. I will admit it was beyond campgrounds control but no power, no AC. Second issue is the bathroom/shower house got shut down day before I left so I was unable to use the facilities. Not sure what the problem was but it was a minor inconvenience. I'm just glad I had my camper with bathroom this time instead of my other popup camper that only has a bed and changing room.
