One of my new favorite camp grounds.
We enjoyed the town of Murfreesboro. You are also close by the Diamond State park. The hiking trail at the camp ground was an added bonus.

The grass was so high I was afraid of snakes. We had a small dog with us and you couldn’t even see him. Also, there were hardly any trash cans. We had to walk a good distance to a can. They use to be one per campsite.

We had a family reunion, so it was always great, but the campsite needed mowed so bad we had to use a weedeater just to be able to walk around our campsite. I do think that we can do better than this.

We were at campsite 42. I was very disappointed in the grounds and the lack of mowing and upkeep.

I would have like to have the grass better maintained around the swimming area. Trash was picked up in a timely manner. Bathrooms were clean, but shower curtains need to be replaced.
People were all nice and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay........... we were disappointed about not having a trash can near our camp site and had to walk 2 camps down to get to one trash can that was shared by 3 camps.

Excellent park. Clean, crew is on top of sites as soon as campers leave. Bathrooms are clean. Showers are clean. We stayed right next to the park. It was great to let the kids run over and play while we prepared meals and relaxed. The view on both sides of the park is beautiful. The host was very nice too!

The only thing was my trash can was not directly at my camp site. It was down by campsite 12 instead of at 13.
