We camped here on the last weekend of Spring Break. One campsite was having a huge party/concert and the police was called over 3 times by people. Lots of campers loaded up and left the campground. It ruined our weekend and I think we should be given our money back. Usually we love Shoal bay but it will be a long while before we camp here again.

This is our home away from home. We live about 30 minutes away and going to shoal bay is one of our favorite campsites anywhere. The host is over the top nice.

We always love Shoal Bay. We rented the pavilion for a surprise birthday party and it worked out perfectly. B7 was a nice spot except there was a tree in the way where we couldn’t let the awning on our camper out.

This is one of my favorite parks to stay at. The campground is so clean and Ellen, the campground host, is always driving around checking on everyone. Super nice lady!

It is so peaceful here!!! Camp hosts are always very friendly and helpful! The restrooms and campgrounds are so clean!

Accommodating Host, was able to get a site to accommodate Starlink signal. Beautiful Lake and tree covered campground.
Since we had hookups didn’t need to be concerned about solar.

We had a great time at this campground. There is a trail on site, it has a natural rock bridge formation. The bathrooms were clean and pretty new. I think any nature lover would love this location.

Corps personnel provide additional patrols, surveillance, refuse collection, and/or crowd control 5. Event involves the use of concession tents and/or vendors 6. Event involves Bounce Houses/Bump N Jump Inflatables 7. Fishing Tournament 8. Music Festival: In addition to the special event application, you may be asked to submit the following information before approval can be granted: (1) proof of liability insurance; (2) event details & description; (3) schedule of events; (4) parking plans. PROHIBITED: Please note that livestock, exotic animals, explosives, loaded projectile firing devices, pinatas, water balloons, and commercial activities are prohibited on project lands unless written permission has been received from the District Commander. If commercial tents are permitted for your special event, please note that driving tent stakes into concrete or asphalt on project lands is prohibited. For additional information regarding Special Event Applications & Permit Fees, please contact the Russellville Project Office at (501) 340-1762.
