Downtown Riverside RV Park

Absolutely loved our stay at Downtown Riverside RV Park. The location is hard to beat incredible views of the river, downtown skyline, stadium, and the illuminated bridge at night made this place feel truly unique. The colorful lights reflecting off the water in the evenings created an awesome atmosphere and made for some amazing walks across the pedestrian bridge.

The park itself was clean, easy to access, and had a great mix of rigs from Airstreams to big coaches. Watching the sunset over the city from the riverfront was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was also outstanding very friendly, helpful, and genuinely personable from the moment we arrived. You can tell they care about the guests and take pride in the park.

We camped in a 47ft toy hauler and had no issues getting in or set up, but definitely recommend following the arrival instructions the staff provides. Their guidance made everything smooth and stress free.

It’s rare to find an RV park that gives you both a relaxing waterfront feel and immediate access to a downtown environment. If you enjoy city views, waterfront scenery, and nighttime skyline vibes, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just one night but whish we could have stayed longer. We got a spot by the river and the night-time view so pretty. They were very accommodating and helpful with our needs. The bathhouse/restrooms are hands down the cutests ones I've ever seen; kind of a cottage vibe. Super clean and greatly appreciated. Sites are nice and level. Thanks so much for a great, quick stay!

We spent a few days at Downtown Riverside Park, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable stay. At first, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel being right in a downtown area, but it quickly changed my mind.

The fenced setup with a gated entrance made it feel secure, and it was easy to come and go without any hassle. What really stood out was the view—sitting by the river was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

What a fantastic place! Came for the LR marathon and so pleased with the RV Park. Perfect location right on the river, beautiful views of the city and night lights, easy walk into town for restaurants. The lots were perfect, the bath houses immaculate. I would highly recommend!

This park is located on the river, has lots of large spots for a RV and a decent yard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have bath houses and laundry facilities. The park is attached to the walking/biking trail trough downtown Little Rock. They have a dog park if you bring your furry family, and did I mention how nice the folks are that run this park? This was a great find for staying around Little Rock. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.
