Super clean park with swim area, wish there were more bike riding areas. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again

We had a great time trying out our new travel trailer. The park was beautiful and well maintained and the park attendant was really pleasant. We only wish that there was more places to fish from the bank. There were a lot of people swimming in about the only open shoreline outside the swimming area, but it was super hot and so it was okay. We went swimming instead. Definitely recommend Cricket Creek as a nice place for recreation.

The grass was too long. Because of the length the ticks were bad. If it was mowed regularly and not get 6-8 inches long the tick problem would be a lot better. We camp there and old 86 and they don’t seem to be mowed to keep the grass short either. We noticed it the last few year. The bathroom’s were clean, it was quiet and of course lots of flys but then you can’t do anything about that. Other then the ricks and grass it was a good visit.
