This place was so peaceful and pretty. I can’t wait until the bathroom gets fixed in section D though! We will be coming back and bringing friends.

Camp was beautiful but the restroom maintenance left a lot to be desired- toilet paper was not replenished and cleaning was minimal.

Our second time visiting this beautiful park on our journey across the states. Always a joy to visit and wonderful and friendly camp hosts. Definitely a must stay if you’re in the area

First time camping here in 5 or 6 years that the campground was clean and well mowed. The dump station was finally finished. The bathroom and showers were looked after, new bathrooms were almost finished. Even had attendants on duty. This was absolutely the best kept Tar Camp I have ever stayed at.

My wife and I enjoyed this campground. We loved watching the barges going up and down the river. The campground was well maintained and the grass was recently mowed.

This was a great little spot to stop and camp! Their bathrooms are so nice! I hope they stay that way. We camped at D21 and it was a great spot.

We loved this campground! Right on the Arkansas River! Our site number was D03, shaded, right on the river with nice amount of space on each side. We enjoyed watching the barges slowly go by. Lots of wildlife especially if you are a birder. Well maintained and easy to get to. We hope to return soon.
