Great park right on the river. Only negative is noise from the Olin plant that is next door. The noise is 24/7 non stop.
The park has a large day use area that is well maintained.

A beautiful, well kept park, with many trees, right on the river, and close to town. We stayed in Lot 33B and had some large trees and a nice view of the river. The picnic table wasn’t covered with a small pavilion. We walked around the park and saw many nice pavilions, tennis and basketball courts. We would definitely stay again.
