Workers are very friendly, but think the park is understaffed. The bathrooms needed attention, and the campsites where needing attention. Firepits ashes from many fires, and trash in sites. I think this park could use more support. We were only 1 of 3 campers there, so it was not busy.
If your goal is to see alligators, this is a park for you. Do not recommend swimming as we saw atleast 5 gators.

This is a nice place to camp. The restroom was clean, hot water and warm in the winter months.

Due to the holiday weekend, I was required to reserve 3 days, when I only needed/wanted 1. Paid for all 3. I was unable to make the 1 day wanted (July3), I attempted to cancel the reservation on the 3rd, when I realized that I wasn't going to be able to make it. There was no option to cancel.

I don't even know what the hosts look like. I called when I arrived, there was no answer and I never got a call back. I had to drive around the park to find my site. The only thing I saw that caught my attention was the guy who picks up the garbage. He cleaned the dumpster area really good. He sweeps it and leaves it nice and clean. The nasty ones when it comes to that are the campers themselves. Will I go back? Probably not. Will I recommend to friends? No.

The camp host was super nice and very helpful! The park is beautiful! The water didn't taste very good. Campsite 22 is difficult to get in to with a trailer but site 20 was great.
