Stayed in site 16 this time good spot with table cover. Only thing was had to raise table side 3 inches to level. Be nice if all had table covers. Several holes in Grassed spots that need to be filled. Easy fix with some fill dirt. Worse thing is dump site across busy ( log trucks) highway. Need at least gray water dump in park. Also seems to be a easy fix using old fish cleaning station. Great attendants.

The campground was peaceful and had great water views. We actually saw an Alligator here! The Bathroom facility was not great.

We were at Beards Bluff during the week and only had one co-camper. We were in a Drive Though campsite with our trailer parallel to the Water. Excellent view, excellent atmosphere. Extremely quiet and peaceful place to camp.

Nice, small, secluded park. Sassafrass was found while hiking. The camp host did not come by to visit. The nearest town with a Walmart was Ashdown. It also had a nice laundry, a museum, and and two nice thrift stores.

Very nice campground with water and electricity. Sites 23 & 24 are in the woods & separate from the rest and very private. Several right on the lake. We were 1 of only 2 staying there. Nice bathrooms and showers.

This is the perfect place to stay on our way from Missouri to Texas. Great 1/2 way stop, beautiful surroundings, amazing campground host. We will continue coming back! Only thing people need to know is bring a long water hose. Water is shared for sites and is a good distance away on some sites

This park was so nice. The ranger came around with a baby alligator and we got to learn about it and touch it. The kids had so much fun fishing (or feeding the fish rather!). Highly recommend
