Had an awesome, relaxing time at Buffalo Point. Went there with a group of kayakers and paddled the Buffalo for four days. Beautiful water. Campground was very nice with wonderful campsites. Very clean and level. Facilities were in spotless condition. Local hikes were strenuos, but rewarding. My only complaints were the campsites were very close together and the proliferation throughout the campground of very bright LED boundary lights. My neighbor left theirs on ALL NIGHT and made it look like daylight. I did discuss this with the park ranger and he agreed it is getting much worse, but at this point there are no illumination regulations, only sound.

We have been to Buffalo Point for several years now for our church retreat our church is Searcy First Assembly ofGod in Searcy Ar. My only negative is there’s no sewer hook ups. We usually come early and/or stay late and we have a 45 ft motorhome.if you could have septic it would be perfect. Other than that we love our stay with you.

Our group took a late season float down the lower Buffalo in August. Putting in at Maumee, we made Buffalo Point our first way point. Out meal from the restaurant was incredible, and the concession operator was kind enough to drive our order down to our campsites (since we arrived by canoe and did not have a car). Sites were spacious and restrooms were clean. It was a short stay but a great start to our trip.

Enjoyed buffalo point tremendously. Very clean and quiet place. Our only complaint were the knats and flies were terrible.
