Camped at #8. Near bathroom and trash...for better or worse. Nothing special about the site. Enough trees to find shade in the 100+ temps. Plenty of flat spots to stake out a tent. Labor Day weekend was dreadfully hot. Will go back in the late winter or early spring to hike again. The trails were easy to follow. Quite narrow at points, and sometimes on a steep incline. Wear good hiking shoes. I hope there are actually some dripping springs when I return in the spring.

Great campsite, (went first weekend of august 2022) there were not many people around, but I would not recommend coming here in the summer at all whatsoever. It was super hot (38C which is 100F) when we went, don’t know how anyone could have stayed here more than a night or two. I would come back in the winter or fall

Site #7 and #8 are good. Bathroom had way too many spider webs and spiders. Other than that, overall good Campground.

We booked space 4 which was the single last reservable space we found ANYWHERE for july 4th weekend. I had very low expectaions but it turned out to be pretty good. The space has a big tree in the back that provided adequate shade for our tent. The grill and fire pit were clean. The restrooms were close by and pretty clean. Water spouts are also near by. I was afraid of noise after reading reviews about neighborhood barking dogs but luckily we didn't experience that. We did get some residual noise from other camp spaces, especially those on the higher level but that's usually expected.

Lots of ants at this site! There’s an ant home near the area to pitch a tent by the parking spot. No shade for the table, so recommend bringing a canopy with a drop shade. Has fire pit, grill and near vault toilets and water faucet.
