I arrived to find out the campground is closed with NO explanation and no notice.
I hope to get a refund!

Sadly I was unable to attend this time around. Rating fair due to previous visits, where several times I've had another party occupying my site when I arrived.

This review only for #16
The campsite is quiet and clean, and restroom just cross the street. #16 is flat, able to fit 2 big tents. But there was no trees and shade and looks different then the pics i saw. I saw some abandoned tree stumps I guess they cut down the trees. We have to leave early because there was too hot and with no shades.
Overall we love this campsite and will come back for sure!

there is a large tree next to the driveway that provides shade and the flattest area to pitch your tent. The bathrooms are directly across the street, making it convenient. The firepit and bench were at the back of the space, up against a small hill below the campsites above, but to the left of yours. it was nice not to have someone directly above looking down. I would recommend this spot again, it's great to have some shade. if #14 had a big shade tree, it would be the best spot in the place, isolated from direct neighbors on either side, and only three to four spots from the bathrooms, but there was zero shade. In light of that, the space we had was fantastic.

Dripping Springs is still Temecula's best kept secret for local camping. The sites have shade and love the water spicket, fire ring, picnic table and handy bbq. Even the outhouses are clean and stocked with toilet paper. For a fun outdoor experience, I recommend Dripping Springs. Just 20 minutes from Town.
