The most unprofessional and dishonest people to come across. Do not come here. Veronica Hernandez lies on the paperwork, makes mistakes and doesn't even apologize or answer calls. Samoan woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Dont trust these people.

I filed my taxes there twice the first time was literally my first time filing she only gave me my federal but I didn’t know at the time , 2nd time I filed I filed BYMYSELF I GOT MY FEDERAL AND STATE REFUND. WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THE FIRST TIME TOO. 3rd time I filed with the same lady VERONICA tell me why I only got my federal refund where’s my state refund at ? AND I TOLD HER I FILED BY MYSELF SHE OFFERED A JOB POSTION ?? So ?

Worst year I did my taxes she over charged me 200 dollars and she added my taxes and state check together without asking me if that was what I wanted to do !!

Dont reccommend this location or atleast dont be serviced by the hawaiian- samoan woman. So very rude and unprofessional. Will become very disrespectful if she services you and you decide your not wanting to follow through due to pricing.. Yells in frontcof other customers!!!

sat their for an hour n a half with the owner doing my taxes. He barley said a word to me the entire time then randomly tools me I could leave and he would call me later that after noon. And kept my w2 form. He never called me back. I call the next day and they tell me they will call me back. They never do. so I had to go all the way down their and ask for my w2 form back so I could do them somewhere else. made me waste a few days going here. And the things I was hearing the employees talk about was ridiculous. foul language and they were acting like they were just hanging out with eachother. Not as if they were at work. not professional at all. plus I found out that your information is NOT secure what so ever. And the $50 bucks they say you will get is completely based on if they feel like giving it to you. "You will only get the 50 bones if the owner likes you." is what I was told by an employee.
