Really liked this campground for how spacious and wooded the sites are! In addition, camp hosts care a lot about the property and truly want it to be a nice place. It shows! Would definitely stay again!!

Too many nearby private camps and properties. Could hear presentations and concerts from somewhere in the valley going until late into the night (1 AM). Campers at the site itself did not respect other’s campsite space nor did they observe quite hours. Camp hosts were incredible and friendly. Hosts were honestly the saving grace of the trip.

I stayed at site 23 on a Wednesday and Thursday night - both to avoid the crowds and because the weekend reservations were all booked up. Nice spacious site, not too far from or too close to water or the restroom. I didn't have any immediate neighbors to my left/right or directly across, so it felt very private and spacious at the same time. Camp Host was excellent, attentive, and a highlight of my stay. She was there when I arrived and had firewood bundles in the back of her cart for me to purchase at my site. Didn't try the showers. Site 23's picnic table and tent area were sunny in the late morning, but I expected that, and the neighboring site was no different. I'll come back again for a mid-week camp.

Very cool campsite however people can be loud at night. The host is good about keeping it down after 10pm.

Take I-10 East to Redlands. Take the University Street exit, EXIT 80. Turn left (northbound) on University Street. Turn right onto E. Lugonia Avenue/SR-38. Continue on State Highway 38 for approximately 20 miles to the campground entrance.
The campground is accessible via I-10, with a direct connection through State Highway 38, which leads to the campground entrance approximately 20 miles from the interstate.

Policies & Rules
General
- No first come first serve sites available
- In accordance with standard industry practices, Mountain Top Recreation will be assessing a $8 additional vehicle fee per night on the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicles in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered to be one vehicle and the third and fourth are also considered to be one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. The fee will be collected at the campground.
