All water was out when we arrived and it stayed the way the entire time (2 day booking). Eventually stinky portapotty for bathrooms were brought in which quickly became full; but no way to get drinking water unless by car to another park. No way to take a shower. Requested a refund and never have had a response.

The campsite we reserved was too rocky and there's not enough shade. There's no dedicated parking space only an unlevelled private road. Located near main campground road so lots of noise from passing vehicles.

I've been going to San Gorgonio campground for a few years now. I enjoy the pine trees, trails, and site setup. Plenty of shade for most sites and showers available. Lake Jenks is close by and can easily be accessed by using one of the trails.

First morning we woke up to no running water, never came back on for our whole stay so we never got to shower. Management gave conflicting information, saying that it was back on but they were just letting it build up, and then eventually just putting out porta potties. Eventually they just put a sign on their trailer saying that they were not on property. We were given an email notification on the second day of no water to "make sure to bring enough water with you", but some other guests that I talked with that arrived later said they got no warning and no opportunity to cancel. Every morning until about 2pm our site would be overtaken by flies, and we were close enough to the road to hear/see cars.

We camped here at the end of April, and the mountains across from us still had snow at the top of them. So it was fairly cold!. But our campsite was nice, and the bathrooms were pretty clean. However, although there are trails near by, there isn’t really much to do.. we just hung out at our campsite, overall nice camp ground.

Was fortunate to snag a spot due to a cancellation. Couldn’t be happier. Camp hosts did a great job enforcing noise controls after hours. Had no issues with loud music from surrounding camps. The spot was spacious, picnic table shaded under a tree and nice spread. We were able to back up a Ford Ranger in the driveway and setup a privacy canvas and a picnic table and still have plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean, showers worked but cold water. The camp host warned us of a recent bear siting w 2 baby cubs so we were extra diligent to use the bear lockers and toss our trash each night. We didn't have any encounters thankfully. There are trails around and a lake to explore. My husband did some mountain bike riding. Highly recommend and will be back.
