.ade a reservation for a pull thru but none was available. They tried to get us into two different spots. One was to small for our rig. The second had big trees hanging over the RV pad. This just wasn't the right spot for us. The service agent was very helpful and indicated we would get a refund for the two days. Missed the vineyards we wanted to go see.

This has been a wonderful park to stay at! Although there isn’t sewage hookups (you can get them to come and pump out your tanks for a fee or dump yourself at no cost), it a really beautiful place! You can walk right to the river and surrounded by nature! The staff have also been very lovely to us!

Great place to stay! Great location in the trees right by the Russian River, quiet as well. Staff is super friendly and responsive. There are some recent and ongoing renovations to improve the bathhouse facilities.

This TT is quiet and quaint. We came here in the shoulder season of October and stayed here for 3 weeks in our 35' Brinkley i294 travel trailer and stayed in site c71. The spot was a little tight but we were able to make it in and out easily. The site was clean and surrounded by trees but had enough of a space that we could get reliable Starlink in the trailer. We spend a lot of time down by the river which is right on site. Unfortunately it does not look like there are any sites right on the river given the elevation. You would need to take a short road down to the river to access it or walk down the short cut from the far side of the park. The back road road to and from Cloverdale is rough and would not recommend taking any rig on it. It is best to go back to 101 and down to Cloverdale to get your shopping done. Overall we like this site though I think a lot of that has to do with us using our TT membership vs paying per night. If we had I would think that the public nightly price would have been too much. With the membership and being able to stay for 3 weeks made it well worth it.

I have been to all the Thousand Trails parks in the west in the past two years. There are a couple of things I really liked about this one:
1. It is smaller and quaint as a whole. This lead to a more friendly experience in the park.
2. Every spot is level and paved. This is the only one in the west where I just backed straight in to my spot and everything was level, paved, and shady.
3. Nature is supreme. I saw four mother deer and each had a small faun with it. The trees are greatly varied and shade is abundant. There also is a small river that you can enjoy when it is hot out.
4. I saved the best for last... The staff. They were extremely professional and courteous. I felt that anything that happened, their first concern was to make sure the guests were treated with kindness and respect. I really love when employees put their heart into their job. Most of all, we needed a reservation change so we could get home earlier, and "Lauren" made it happen at 7:30pm on a Sunday WHILE she was very positive with her words and ideas with us. I truly felt like I was getting the same level of customer service that I would at a fancy hotel in Hawaii.
Thank you to TT and Russian River TT employees for this meaningful experience at the end of our four month trip!
