Great national park campground! Well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Sites are level and easy to access. Late February was a wonderful time to explore the park as the nights were cool and days were moderate. The Rangers at the visitor center are very helpful! We were lucky enough to be there during wild flower bloom that was dazzling! So surprised by the variation of beauty throughout the park

This is an excellent, clean, well maintained campground that is very busy. Larger RV's tend to camp here and you will likely hear generators and have close neighbors. I do prefer the Texas Springs campground, but that one is very busy and is quite competitive to find a spot at popular times. Furnace Creek, however, does allow reservations so you can plan your trip in advance and be guaranteed a site. There is something to be said for that. I personally prefer the backcountry camping option in various places in the park, but this style of camping is not for everyone. For the right crowd, Furnace Creek campground is excellent.

Very comfortable campground. Would be nice to have showers.
But you can get a pass at the very close resort for using their pool and showers.

Nice campsite, fairly private. Quiet hours were observed, and we were close to the village. Hiking (Mosaic Canyon) was great!

This was our second time staying at Furnace Creek Campground and we loved it again. Hope to get a spot with electricity next time but would definitely stay there again. We also loved how we were able to use the pool next door at the Oasis.
