Great campground, easy access to visitors center. We had a walk in site and the walk was flat and easy from our parking spot. Will definitely camp here again!

Nice park, and the angled sites are really nice and provide nice privacy. We had full hookups so that was great and the site was very flat. Will return to this park as it’s a great place for photographers who are making day trips.

The campground was perfect. We stayed in site 137 and it was an easy distance from our car and to the bathrooms. I loved the easy access to the Visitor Center and the General Store. I was worried about hard ground and having difficulty with stakes, but the ground was soft enough for easy staking of our tent. We enjoyed the central location of Furnace Creek and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the walk in tents sites again.

The site was nice and in a spot not too far the restroom. It has a sort of tree bush that provides a bit of privacy. The bathroom was clean. Being in Furnace Creek was a great starting off place to visit all the places on my list. I would love to stay there again. Even in site 64 again.

Weather was almost perfect. Campground staff were friendly and efficient. Took my grandsons to the bottom of Ubehebe Crater and we finally made it to the big sand dune at Stovepipe Wells. Also did the usual, Devils Golf Course, Badwater, and the natural bridge. From other visits I'd recommend Salt Creek and Scotty's Castle when it re-opens. If you have time, a side trip to Ash Meadows NWR to see the Devils Hole and natural springs (check at the vistor's center to see where the desert pupfish are visible).
