What Guests Are Saying
Furnace Creek Campground is well-maintained with clean bathroom facilities and spacious sites, making it a great choice for campers. Many visitors appreciated the proximity to major attractions and the helpful staff. However, some noted that the sites can be close together and suggested a need for more electric hookups for comfort during hot weather.

There is nothing special about the campground. It hase a few sites with electrick but not many. I would like to see more. If you are staying during a time that is not too busy Sunset campground is cheeper and is almost as nice. Sunset is first come first to camp, It was the begining of February and sunset had about 3/4 of its sites abalable, Furnice Creek was full. I wanted to stay an additional day so I drove over to sunset about 1 mile from Furnice Creek

This is one of my favs! With the resort next door, needs for a shower are covered (at a cost, when needed)
Volunteers like Lisa make the arrival experience a breeze, thanks for the quick visit after hours to her as I got checked in without the need to visit the booth. How wonderful!
Restrooms are well maintained; bring soap and a towel as only sanitizer and air blowers are offered.
Every site is relatively close to a restroom, washing station, and potable water are readily accessible.
Stay here, enjoy the stars and a camp fire, hike/explore the valley during the day, and if you don’t feel like making dinner there are multiple great options a short walk/drive away. Love love love this campground and the great staff who make it a place to relax and enjoy easily.

Not a whole lot of privacy, as we could still hear our neighbors and the campsites are pretty close together. We did have shade though and put our tents near it.

Very centrally located to a number of, points of interest. Clean and numerous bathrooms and water stations. Note no showers on site.
The camp site had a level parking pad and tent area. Would stay here again.
