What Guests Are Saying
Furnace Creek Campground is well-maintained with clean bathroom facilities and spacious sites, making it a great choice for campers. Many visitors appreciated the proximity to major attractions and the helpful staff. However, some noted that the sites can be close together and suggested a need for more electric hookups for comfort during hot weather.

It's a pretty good spot, the only problem was some of the sites weren't large enough for a small trailer (Under 20') and a tow vehicle.

Decent campground. Not the most spacious, clean or quiet. But an essential base camp for exploring the park.

January is a great time to visit the Park but even then, it was hard to get a reservation. We had to change to 3 different sites but were happy to be able to stay. The Campground was very clean and convenient. Staff were very helpful. We appreciated the concrete pads for our 34 ft Class A. We will definitely stay again.

We love this campsite. It’s so convenient to all the major sites in the park and there is a small hotel with amenities right next to it that is walking distance. We stay every year!
Just note to stay closer to the main entrance. If you stay near the private RV lot associated with that adjacent resort, you can get loud noise from disrespectful guests- music/generators at all hours of the night- since they are on different rules and can’t be managed by the park rangers/camp host.
