What Guests Are Saying
Furnace Creek Campground is well-maintained with clean bathroom facilities and spacious sites, making it a great choice for campers. Many visitors appreciated the proximity to major attractions and the helpful staff. However, some noted that the sites can be close together and suggested a need for more electric hookups for comfort during hot weather.

The tent sites were spacious and the restrooms were clean and well-stocked. The Visitor's Center is walking distance from the campground and offers Ranger talks as well as beautiful displays about the geology and history of the region. If you're not familiar with the park and are interested in visiting some of the more popular locations, bring a boogie board/sled and "surf" Mesquite Dunes! Showers and a pool are available nearby at Stovepipe Wells for a small per-person fee. If sunrises/sunsets are your thing, plan a day around it - the views are epic! Also, if you have a telescope, this is a perfect place to set up and stargaze.

Clean campground. Almost all campers understood about this being a dark sky environment and limited outdoor lighting. Nice location close to visitor center and WiFi.
