The campsite was great, but the urinals and toilets kept getting clogged and never got fixed during the duration of our stay.

Campground is right in town but offers a very outdoors experience. Sites are well spread out and there is plenty of privacy. Campground and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Host was also very nice and came to say hi and ask if I needed anything.

Great location, just SO MANY bugs. Campsites are covered in ants, all types of ants, and they bite. Beetles. Spiders. Flying insects. Mosquitos. I get it’s the forest and it’s hot but it’s the worst campground for bugs I’ve ever been to. For location A+, for environment D-. Campsites are also very hilly, we slept on the asphalt parking spot. Would not fit 6 comfortably.

Great campground. Site #45 felt private and secluded despite being close to town. Hosts were pleasant and welcoming. The only downside is that there really isn’t a level spot anywhere in the campsite.

We had a great stay. Perfect spot so close to everything and yet we felt like we were in the middle of the wilderness. Perfect place to camp if you plan on mountain biking Snow Summit. You’re pretty much right at the base of the mountain. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

We had sites 5, 6, and 7. We are a Boy Scout Troop from San Diego that needed to do some altitude training before we head out to the Sierras. Scouts and. Scouters really enjoyed the campsites. Facilities are great and there is plenty of room to pitch your tent. We will definitely be coming back.

I had never been to that campground and I was very impressed. The host was super friendly. Very clean campground and everyone was so friendly. I liked it so well we are going back up in two weeks. I like that a lot of the spots were shaded and I love all the trees. I was very impressed how all the people were pretty much quiet.😊
