Pineknot Campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained setting with friendly hosts, making it an enjoyable experience for many campers. The sites are clean, spacious, and mostly shaded, with convenient access to nearby attractions and hiking trails. While there are minor concerns such as noise from neighboring sites and the absence of showers, overall, visitors appreciate the campground's cleanliness, management, and friendly atmosphere.

Angie was the friendliest Host I have ever experienced with the many times I have camped in the past. She always said hi and checked in once in a while to see how we where doing. You can tell she enjoys her job at Pineknot campground. Thank you Angie!!!!!

The campsite was clean and well kept. Restroom and dumpsites could have been a bit better in terms of cleanliness.

Site specific. Not a lot of space in ours. Slight uphill slant with one of our tents. Rangers were nice, delivered the firewood we needed. Lost bikers gong through our site was annoying. Next door to the summit, so check their event schedules.

Easy car camping. Clean. Close to town so can bring minimal or up to the kitchen sink camp set up. Most sites have shade. All include bear box, picnic table, fire pit, and charcoal bbq. Potable water. No showers so bring your own.

Great campground, great price. We booked our stay online and I only wish the photos were a bit better. We stayed at site 36 and it was all on a slope. But other that that it was super well managed.

A very nice, cozy camp site. If needed, you could walk to some nice dining options. Otherwise, a clean beautiful site to stay that I would recommend!

Lots of space and amenities. The bathrooms were clean and accessible. So glad they are dog friendly as well. Will definitely be back.

Nice campsites. Good location - you are in the woods but close to retail should you need it. Bathrooms are clean and decent. The chair lift is great!
