Under Canvas Yosemite

The store is well put together a lot of items on display a lot of Kraft items camera items and lots of photos to purchase and paintings the staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable they were kind and courteous and not just because I'm in a wheelchair they treated everyone the same this Art Gallery / store is a wonderful place to visit the picture I took was out in front of the store was a giant Black Oak tree just stunning.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked my reservation well in advance (over 7 months in advance), only to have it cancelled less than a month before my arrival. This left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations on short notice. A hotel that cannot honor confirmed bookings and provides no reliable backup plan shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels that actually respect their guests’ reservations.

Although we are very disappointed in under canvas cancelling our reservations, their customer service was top notch. I gave them a hard time and they still stayed calm and delivered very helpful information. Thank you for handling this professionally and I hope you are able to open soon. This situation could not have been avoided. We are booked at another resort and ready to visit Yosemite!

Like others, cancelled stay a month before booked stay. Offered an alternative in the area that’s both unavailable for the dates, not comparable, nor allow dogs. Rejected to move us to later reservations and told us we would be paying the penalty fee if we don’t cancel. Disappointed at Under Canvas and Hyatt.

Cancelled our reservation with a little over a month before our trip!!!! Leaving us high and dry at one of the most popular national parks in the US. Horrible. No offer to assist with rebooking at all.
