Indian Wells

New rv sites are decent. Old sites are bad. Many of the permanent properties are in disrepair.

I'm not aware of rooms for rent or experienced a service aspect of this place. Although, I do have a family member who lives there. I've visited many times and I've never found anything bad worth noting. The residents there are kind and neighborly, actually, the last time I was there was on Jan. 11 of 2026. My sister-in-law, who lives there with her kids, hosted a birthday celebration for my mother in the community hall located on site. We had a great time. They have a full size kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer to keep drinks cold and ice cream frozen, if needed, collapsible indoor/outdoor tables and chairs, outdoor gas grills, a large patio with plenty of chairs tables, a large sixty-sevetnty something inch TV, two bathrooms inside, theres a separate room attached with an intimate library, soda vending machine and two pool tables, and the entire area is always kept clean (including bathrooms). Our family has celebrated my nephew's and niece's birthday parties here before, also. We always have a blast! The staff does a wonderful job of maintaining the park's buildings and grounds. It's like I said at the start of my review, I've had nothing negative to say about this place, ever.

The staff is very professional and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay. We always feel very safe at this location. There are never any surprises with location or quality of utility connections. Everything is up to speed and available. Great Customer Service!!

We stayed here for four nights last week. For the nightly rate of over $100 this place was a disappointment! We have stayed in much nicer RV parks for $60 a night. If it wasn't for the location they wouldn't get $60 a night for short term visitors. One of the bathrooms near the garbage area had a blood splat on the wall that there for several days. The other bathrooms and laundry rooms were also dirty and smelled. The place is runned down and tired looking. We were in site 104 and our neighbor in 103 had garage and broken boxes under his old trailer. At least they were quiet. The only things going for the place was its location and 24 hour locked gates.

We love this place! It’s clean, secure, and we feel so comfortable here. We stay several times per year for extended periods of time. This time we stayed 32 days. We feel at home with our little pup and we will always recommend it.

The pools and spas are clean, all laundry facilities are clean and operating. We even love the grounds keepers!!!
