We loved the view from the water in the morning. The facilities were fairly clean, there were a few trees, and the sites felt safe enough.

First time visiting the Silver Lake Campground. It's dry camping but the pads are nice and wide, the restrooms are clean and functional. Although campfires were not allowed, we used our portable propane fire bowl on the chilly mornings and evenings set-up on the pad and that worked perfectly. The only negative I have is the lack of consideration by some by not picking up after their pets. Was disappointing. Maybe better signage to remind them may work... Also providing campers with information on RV dump facilities would be appreciated. All in all it was a nice, spacious, and scenic campground and we will definitely come back.
