Beware of thieving raccoons and blue jays! They are not shy, even if you're sitting close to the table. If staying in loop C, bring a hand towel to the bathroom (no paper towels). The water at the water bottle filler station at the bathroom (loop C) tastes better than the spigot water near the campsite, IMO. The pool was cool and refreshing after a long hike, and the showers were great but full of long hair. Bring flip flops. Enjoy the bunnies, turkeys, deer, birds, etc.

Loved the site and the caves but raccoon situation is really terrible.

Rented Tent/Cabin #80. Perfect location to be close to store, pool, open area. Very windy, kept blowing door open unless we deadbolts it. Beds were comfortable. Fire pit very nice. Weather was fantastic. Hiking was fun. Great time.

This was such a wonderful camping experience. We couldn’t believe how many animals we spotted within just a few hours of arriving, truly impressive!
Our spot was in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees and plants, with a creek running right behind it. It felt really private (no cars driving by, no headlights at night). We were fairly close to our neighbors, but luckily they were super nice and friendly.
We were a group of 6 people with 3 small tents, and everything fit perfectly on the site.
We had a few raccoon visitors trying to steal our snacks and trash, but honestly, they gave us some great laughs.
The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that the bathrooms are porta potties. That said, they were very well kept and clean, so no real complaints there.
The pool closing at 5 PM felt a little early. It would be great if it stayed open a bit longer.
One last thing: the camp store is really well stocked. Whatever you forgot at home, they probably have it.

Great campground with nice showers, big condors and a convenient camp store with basic provisions. Campsites are nice and I would stay there again. Watch out for bold raccoons.

Expect long lines and delays [or possible restrictions especially] between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
