Stayed at site 22 it was a little slope but a nice site. Bathrooms were good for PIT toilets. Use your bear box they do get bears! We didn’t have any this trip but I put my food away. In a past trip we had one come to our site.

The camp host Brittany was wonderful. Checked in once or twice and wasn’t overly involved and micromanaging. The lake had a lot of water this time around so we were able to jetski. It was however pretty cold, especially at night. Other than that, we love this campground and come here yearly. It’s beautiful, simple, had running water.

Campsites we’re almost all empty which is unusual. All were
Clean and ready to set up. Only bummer was the Boat dock was broken and out of the water, also blocking one side to back in boat. Dock host said Forest Service and Royal Elk were disputing who should fix it. Come on guys! It’s goi g to be a fiasco when it gets busy!

Excellent campground. Well maintained. Roads, paved trails, bathrooms, garbage cans, showers and very clean, it has it all. Hosts were great and helpful.

This campground has the most beautiful lake! The campground keepers are really nice and attentive. The bathrooms were kept clean. Will continue to camp here every year!

3 of 4 nights had 500lb bear visit us. No open fires allowed or Charcoal. Still a very nice place to visit and our preferred Camping Site. We'll be booking again.

Nice and quiet place. Reservoir was low but still easily walkable. I liked the bike path too near by. They should empty the dumpsters more often no wonder a bear was roaming around one night.

The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. The noise from other campers after 10pm kept us awake 3 of the 5 nights we were there. The host did nothing about it. We won’t be going back and don’t recommend the campground.

2nd year camping fashoda. We are very much in a drought this year so the lake was a lot . And when I say A lot I mean a lot dryer than last year. But still about to swim and enjoy the sun. On our way to our sight we were also informed of the strict fire restriction in place so make sure you check the guidelines before heading to the sight. We figured it out though and had a awesome stay. Highly recommend Mother Nature was just not on our side this time around. But that’s okay get well soon Mother Nature (:
