Bathrooms were clean. However, there was no host site. We were told that someone would be selling wood at the campground, and there was no-one there to even talk to. The map online was not accurate with site and bathroom locations. We reserved a spot to be close to a bathroom for health reasons, and when we arrived the site ended up being about a 5 minute walk to the nearest bathroom. The site was very rocky, but not horrible.

Great campground close to Truckee. Some sites right on the river, and other nice ones among the trees. The restrooms were Very Clean and the camp host was knowledgeable and helpful.

Quiet camping spot except for the road noise which did not bother us. The Little Truckee River right next to our spot was the highlight of our trip. It was shallow enough for the kids to play and explore in. Super clean restrooms with no smell! We never saw the camp host for our entire trip but a neighbor said he was super chill. The campground seems to be tailored towards RVs and trailers because there was not a spot for our tents and we had to pitch our tents in the parking spot and find other spots for our cars, which was not hard with our friendly neighbor. There are no bear boxes so we kept our food in our car and had no issues with rodents or bears. In fact, I never saw a squirrel or chipmunk our entire trip.

This is more of an RV camping spot. Not great for tent camping.

The restrooms and campground were very clean and well maintained. The Host was available to his guests and very familiar with the area. Would love to have had more trees around our site for shade but overall a good experience.
