General

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY
  • This is an important legal document. Make sure you read and understand the entire document before you agree.
  • By signing below, I agree as follows:
  • 1. Portions of the Victory Springs Ranch are in a natural state and inherently unsafe. There are
  • unimproved roads and trails, and a host of other dangerous conditions, many of which may
  • not be obvious or may be hidden from view.
  • 2. Portion of the Victory Springs Ranch is in a nominally improved state with structures,
  • stairs, paths, man-made water features, patios, decks, wood piles, rubbish heaps, and
  • portions are in an uncertain state of repair and may present elevated risks of bodily injury
  • skateboards or similar devices, herding or otherwise tending cattle or other domesticated
  • trees, hunting, or conducting numerous other activities that could be hazardous or deadly. I
  • will maintain a proper lookout and will be vigilant, understanding that risks may be
  • presented by other users.
  • 4. I assume ALL LIABILITY and WAIVE ALL RIGHTS I may have against Victory Springs RV Park,
  • any way from my use or access of, or presence upon, the Ranch property.
  • access to the Ranch. I release and hold harmless the owners of the Ranch (and each of their
  • against all costs, expenses, and other liabilities arising from or connected to my use of or
  • access to the Ranch.
  • 6. I will indemnify and defend (with counsel reasonably acceptable to the Ranch owners)

  • use of or access to the Ranch.
  • 7. This Release is not an authorization of access. Prior to each use or access of the Victory

  • request permission. I will not access the Ranch without receiving prior permission.
  • Specific Considerations

  • Because rules vary, always check the specific regulations posted at the campground entrance or inquire with park staff for detailed guidelines.

Pets

  • rocks, uneven ground, hills, ravines, and other changes in topography, wild animals, brush,
  • cattle and other domesticated animals, snags, running water, stagnant water, improved and
  • animals, constructing improvements, maintaining the Ranch or its improvements, felling
  • Keep pets on a leash outside and clean up after them.

Parking

Safety & rules

  • Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM for a peaceful camping experience.
  • Pack out all trash and belongings, and use designated bins to keep the campsite clean.
  • Generators can be used from 7 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 5 PM to 7 PM.

Fires & fuel

  • Only use propane fire pits and ensure they are extinguished before leaving your site.

Vehicles & parking

  • Speed limit is 10 mph; only class 1 and 2 e-bikes allowed, no ATVs or dirtbikes.

Site capacity

  • Follow the maximum limits for people and vehicles per campsite.

Noise

  • Be a good neighbor by avoiding loud music, bright lights, and cutting through other campsites.
