Cottonwood Campground offers a stunning location for stargazing and has clean, well-maintained restroom facilities with running water. Many visitors enjoyed the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and nearby hiking trails, making it a great spot for outdoor activities. Some challenges included noise from nearby restrooms, close campsites, and limited parking options, but overall, guests had a positive experience and expressed a desire to return.

Great location closer to the bathroom! It got a bit noisy with the group camp next to us but overall great!

I stayed at B15, with the intent to car camp (I have a tent that goes over my hatchback) The problem was there are large rocks blocking the site from the parking, so I wasn’t able to back my car in and attach the tent (I know it’s to keep people from driving where they aren’t supposed to). The parking was parallel to the road. On the positive side, It was a spacious site, and the bathrooms were very clean. There was lots of wildlife at night and the view of the stars was pretty epic.

Clean Restrooms always a plus, but we really enjoyed the dark sky and quiet grounds. It can get very windy at times as we experienced one night. Our devices toned the warning alert and 5 minutes later it got bad. The next morning we had to gather up everything that got scattered. The gusts up on keys view can knock you over at times too, but definitley something to see. Coming back soon.

The campground and restrooms were clean and in good condition. The dark sky allowed for some great sky viewing.

Place was awesome, got to hike straight out of our campsite because there were trails that connected directly behind our tent. Place was very quiet, clean water, plenty of space to park. A good table and plenty of room for tents

I have used this campsite several times, but I think it is the best campsite in terms of convenience.
I have good memories from the last 2-night, 3-day camping trip as well.
