Beautiful place, nice camp spot. Would definitely recommend. The weather is really cold in January, would probably go early March/April next time.

Campsite was well maintained and clean. Restrooms are clean enough. There were one fire ring and one fireplace to cook. Suggest bringing your own table cover.

Fantastic and spacious campground. 360 night sky view.
Be sure to bring water! The nearest refill stations are outside the park boundaries.

Jumbo Rocks is always a scenic treat, no matter what campsite you pick. Sunrise out there is always worth getting up a little early for. It’s our favorite spot.
