I enjoyed site #1 it was quiet and had a great rear view of campground.
The fire pit was very safe, due to depth and the double steel ring worked well to transfer heat.
Extra lower grate was a plus and we used it for a slab of salmon wrapped in tin foil.
Camp host was also easy to work with and seemed to make regular runs around the campground.
Site was raked before we arrived and the fire pit was super clean.
We will be back.

It was perfect. The lake and hiking nearby was just lovely. It was comforting to know I had neighbors camping but it also felt like I was out in the wilderness alone at the same. The camp host was so friendly and knowledgable. bathrooms were clean and close. I will be back for sure!

I stayed at spot 12. Great location. Nice to have flush toilet restrooms. There was water spot to get water if needed. The hiking trails were nice for hiking. I like that the campground was smaller. Camp hosts really nice and informative. Clean campgrounds.

There was no fires allowed, no gas stoves allowed, and the road was covered in dirt and brush and the campsite host wasnt even there.

The Camp Host was wonderful! The flush toilets were kept clean and well stocked. We had a great time doing a night hike around Jackson Lake (which was conveniently located right across the highway!). We definitely see ourselves returning next season!

The campgrounds are very pretty, with a lot of trees and shade throughout. Because it is hilly, we could only see two or three other campsites next to ours, which was nice.

My small dog and I arrived excited to spend the day in the sun at a national park. However, given the Labor Day weekend, we were not prepared for the crowd. Luckily, the camground host named Taylor stopped by to check us in as I was unpacking with my heasphones on and she returned a few minutes after I was just about to have a bite to eat. She moved us to a previously reserved and currently unoccupied campsite within walking distance and closer to another bathroom. She is a wonderful, caring host that reminded us about the campfire and open flame restrictions.

Good stop for one night. Clean restrooms, great shade from trees. The campsites are very close together though, with no trees between. The night we went, it was very loud. I enjoy hearing people have fun, but it was pretty obnoxious listening to everyone’s loud music competing late into the night while we were trying to enjoy nature.

I enjoyed camping at Mountain Oak camping grounds. The whole area was amazing. Camping there again in August with my family! ♥️
