We always enjoy staying here. The camp hosts are friendly and helpful when needed, and don't bug you about anything when they are not needed. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with paper. The campground is nice and quiet. It is a small campground with shady spots available if desired. There is a beautiful lake that is easy to walk to right across the highway. This is one of our favorite campgrounds to stay at when it's not too hot, as it's at a lower elevation than some.

Love Mountain Oak and how peaceful it can be. We walked past the host area several times to buy firewood but never could find them there. Would be nice if they left a sign indicating what time they are available for sales.

It seems like a small campground, but the sights feel really spacious. You're not all up on each other. The restrooms were clean. There was one out of order, but all in all, they were very clean and well stocked. It seems like the place was maintained well and we had an absolutely lovely time. Everybody just walked across the road to see Jackson lake. Yeah which was also very nice
