Table Mountain (Angeles)

Excellent mountain location at over 7000' elevation. Nice view of Mt High resort on the drive up to the sites. Lots of room and shade amongst the pines. Not busy when visited (6/2021)

Beautiful area, nice camp ground, well kept & toilets clean . Camp hosts friendly & informative . We will visit again.

The male park ranger with long hair was very rude and could use some more training. I've camped at Table Mountain before and have always had good interactions with the rangers, but this year, a male ranger in his 30s, with long and brown/blondish hair was probably one of the worst I've encountered throughout my years of camping anywhere. Judging from his hostile attitude, I definitely recommend him some professional counseling.

The female ranger we encountered the next day was much nicer.

Aside from that, the campsite was nice. The bathroom was a little smelly, but doable.

Very beautiful location. There was a high fire alert, so that meant granola and PBJ sandwiches, etc. which actually simplified the adventure to focus more on the beauty of trees. It also gave me an excuse to go to nearby Wrightwood and get some great coffee and some forgotten items. The weather was warm enough that no night time campfire was needed. I rather liked it. The restrooms were super clean and the camp manager helpful.

Camp host or staff guy was super super nice. Loved the campground. Will definitely be back. Very big hill to get there. Fire restrictions were in affect and I never heard of no propane use outside.

Enjoyable location - though unfortunately, a lot of flying insects (as compared to San Gorgonio which had very few, even at the same relative altitude)

Loved it here! Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

A good campground with great views near a fun mountain town. Not all of the sites have a bearbox, so you might have to keep food locked in your car. The host also has piles of wood at the front for (I think) around $7 a bundle.

My 9 month old daughter, unfortunately, kept waking up at night, so we had to leave after only 1 day. But, it was 90 degrees during a heat wave so I'm not surprised.

Overall, I really liked the campground, especially site 53, which had a ton of flat open space for tents, and privacy due to the hills and trees.

We were looking for a midsummer, local camping experience high enough to beat the heat in Pasadena. We're only marginally successful in that regard as it was in the nineties one day. But it was not crowded. We enjoyed the loop 3.5 mile loop trail around the perimeter. The campground is beautifully managed and the site was manicured on our arrival. The adjacent disc golf course is fairly expensive but would be a real draw to the right camper.

Clean restrooms, quiet neighbors, beautiful sunrise, and star-filled nights. We will definately be coming back.
