We stayed at the Three Rocks Cabin, The cabin was beautifully acquainted with amazing view of the mountains. A perfect place to go unwind and relax from the busy life. Got to see a couple of deers in the back of the cabin just a few feet away. There’s hardly any city lights pollution to gaze up at the night sky full of stars. Saw a few shooting stars and the Milky Way. Staff was friendly, a team member even came and unlock the door for us within 15mins because we got locked out of the cabin. Kitchenette was stocked with pots and pans and utensils to use.

We stayed in a single King cabin and it was amazing! We absolutely loved everything about this place. The interior was beautifully appointed and immaculate. The unobstructed view of the mountains from the living room were spectacular. Deer greeted us almost every time we returned from sightseeing and every morning when we woke up. A toaster oven would be a great addition to the stovetop burners and microwave. There is a coffee pot and full size refrigerator. Love love love this place!

5 stars really just isn’t enough. Our single king cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, perfectly put together, comfortable, and so much more. The location is absolutely perfect, minutes away from the Royal Gorge Bridge, as well as the train station and Cañon City retail. Tucked away off the highway, and feels incredibly safe.
Phillip helped me book over the phone. He was extremely kind, hospitable, and helpful. He made the process easier than I could have asked for. When we locked ourselves out of our cabin, he raced over with a key and a smile to assist. I can only imagine that there is a relatively small team maintaining the cabins and grounds, and they do a better job than many 5-star hotels.
We have stayed in some beautiful hotels and vacation rentals before, but this easily tops all of them. The cabin was beautiful, the amenities were top-notch, it was safe, quiet, and relaxing. Based on the experience of it all, we will certainly be back just to chill in the cabin a few nights. If you’re looking for a romantic, luxurious, safe, and comfortable place, this is really the only spot to stay anywhere near Cañon City. You will not be disappointed booking here!! Phillip, you need a raise!!

Gorgeous cabins, view, area, the whole vibe. Clean and spacious. Beautiful open grounds. Close to the local attractions and not a far drive from Cañon City. Great value on the price for what you’re getting. Easy check-in/check out. The Whitewater Bar & Grill across the street had a large menu, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere so that was a bonus. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in the area, there’s lots more I didn’t get to see.

Highly recommend this experience!
We were the only one’s staying the night, so when we first pulled up it felt a little weird, but that quickly dissipated when we saw our lovely tent cabin. It’s exactly as described, and we had fun discovering all the thoughtful touches that made our visit comfortable and unique. Dry firewood and a good starter with instructions led to a 2 hour campfire in the best kind of Colorado evening, and the thoughtful snacks were welcome. The bath and shower building was an easy safe walk across the grass, and proved to be as clean and well provided as the cabin itself, including an ice machine for our fireside cocktails.
The bonus was a large deer that hung out near our site through the lovely sunset. The next morning we woke to a gorgeous day and enjoyed sitting on the tent deck until we had to head out for our train ride through Royal George.
