Genoa RV Park

After driving for 2 days I stumbled on this RV park in a quiet little town. I called the owner and he was very kind and has amazing hospitality. Very safe park with cute pavilion, charging station and very clean bathroom. 10/10

Owner was super nice. Location was nice. Lot was a bit unlevel. Playground was fun and my kids had a blast but ended up with a ton of splinters from the wooden equipment. Some noise from the road. Would have been nice to know the bathrooms were out of order. There is a porta potty though. It was in the location we needed to stop but probably won't stop again. Perfect for a stop for the night if you just need to sleep and use a portapotty. No showers. Sewer hookup had a crack in the pipe so might be some sewer smell if you get the same spot we had. Best part was all the little bunnies running around. My kids loved trying to get close enough to pet them.

We‘ll continue to be repeat customers because this place has everything you need at a very good rate. It‘s far enough off the highway that it’s quiet and comfortable. Owner is friendly too.

Haden at Genoa RV Park was so kind to help me out with a jump to my truck after hours. Very quick to respond. While the park has limited services, it is very convenient off of I-70 and perfect for my overnight fir passing through. The sites are clean and spacious. Service is excellent!

I called ahead and spoke to Haden regarding paying a fee to dump our black and grey water tanks on our way home to Colorado Springs. I was pleasantly shocked when he said to just pull on in on our way back and not worry about paying anything. Very friendly and happy to help, which is unfortunately rare closer to where we live. It was small, quiet, and a decent distance away from I-70 so no traffic noise. We're inclined to book there in the future because he is a true gentleman, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his Park to others.
