What Guests Are Saying

Riverview RV Park offers spacious premium sites, a welcoming community, and friendly staff, making it feel like home. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to hiking trails enhance the outdoor experience. However, noise from the nearby highway and issues with septic maintenance have been noted by some guests, which could detract from the overall enjoyment.

Great campground that's a short drive from Estes Park. The premium sites (especially near the river) are spacious, so you don't feel like you're parked on top of your neighbors. They have a nice little park area along the river towards the entrance of the park. The campground store has a nice selection of souvenirs, RV necessities, and snacks to choose from. The staff (who are all insanely amazing) and the long term guests make it feel like home, and you really feel the sense of community here. I'm nomad who is usually not in a campground for more than a week, and and definitely wasn't planning on staying here for more than a month. However, I've been here for four months so far, and I think that says a lot about how great it is here. It's also nice to see the staff out working on little projects or cleaning up daily. I've been to some RV campgrounds that feel run down due to the lack of maintenance. Going back to my comment about the staff being amazing: The owners and management are great as well. The staff always speaks highly about how easy they are to work with, and how much they care about their employees and guests.

Right next to a Highway extremely noisy did not get a good night Sleep at all due to all the trucks! I would try to find a much quieter place. It was $103. It is true. The campsites were nice and big but being backed up to the Highway was not good. They should not have people camping along the wall, ridiculously noisy.

First off, this is the place for you if you don't mind the sight and smell of raw sewage just laying on top of the ground from a septic system that has been broken for many years. Completely illegal. It's unfortunate as it is a very nice location and most of the staff are friendly with the exception of management.
Hopefully it will get fixed for the enjoyment of future campers. It's really unfortunate that there is no pride of ownership.
Secondly, some of the long term residents don't seem to care about their yards and surroundings. Also sad, as this is a beautiful location.
For some reason I am unable to load pics of the free floating sewage on the grounds on my review. However if you goggle search Riverview RV Park and hit photos on search they will be there. In addition, you can read reviews below this that mention the sewer problem with park.

In the past couple of years we've been camping a lot and stayed in over 70 different RV parks in total. Riverview is probably the best of all locations weve stayed. The location is beautiful, the park is quiet and clean, all neighbours are great and the staff is just amazing. They will be there for you and help you with all you need. Highly recommend this park to everyone: full timers and short timers!

We stayed at this RV park for about two months during the winter and absolutely loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful—you truly feel welcomed here.

The park itself is beautiful and very family-friendly. There are lovely trails perfect for walking with a child, plus large open spaces with a playground, a basketball hoop, and a picnic area. It’s a great place to relax while still having plenty to do outdoors.

The location is fantastic for hiking and exploring nature. Bobcat Natural Reserve and Devil’s Hole hiking trails are right across the street, and Aztec Park is only about a 30-minute drive away. If you enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors, this place is hard to beat.

Overall, it’s a wonderful RV park with great amenities, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
