Tomichi Creek Trading Post

I stopped for gas and the owners were so kind giving me information regarding going over Monarch Pass to get to Hwy 285 back to Denver. I bought a map and headed off. I appreciated the guidance and encouragement which helped me make the drive.

We stayed three nights here while skiing at monarch mountain, in one of the smaller cabins the first night and the lodge the last two nights. I would highly recommend staying in the lodge if it's available.. Great space. The host is very responsive and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again, already planning a return trip, and recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place to stay overnight and/or eat something when you cycle the GDMBR. The campsite has a tent area right on the creek. The toilet building with showers is spacious and clean. The restaurant has a simple menu with enough choices for high-calorie dishes. The service is friendly. The shop has a limited assortment but with enough options for your further journey.

Stayed here for the first time with my Husband for his hunting trip and it was very nice!! Steven the maintenance Man and GG the store clerk were absolutely fantastic and the nicest people!! I met the sweetest little girl there who was the Daughter of the maintenance man and let’s just say she was cute as a button!! The employees made the experience the best and I love they have the laundry room to do laundry!! I am possibly coming back w my Husband next year all because I had the best experience ty Tomichi Creek!!!

Awesome little mountain spot I stopped at on a road trip! The service was great. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The food was great as well. Great option to stop in after filling your vehicle up with gas and taking a load off before jumping back on the road.
