Club Getaway

Lovely area. Cute pond. The staff is very accommodating and supportive. They are hard working and really try to make people feel welcome. The activities like zip lines and the aerial park were fun challenges. The climbing walls were somewhat difficult, but if you are a little more willing to take a chance, achievable. My favorite meal was dinner. It is served a little late, family style, good quality and abundant portions.

While the location can be considered a bit remote, it is still convenient for the MA, CT, and eastern NY (and NYC) tri-state region, and is worth the drive. There are some who even fly in from out of state. As they advertise, come prepared to unleash your inner "kid"! As an adult though, remember, that "kid" may find their body not as willing 😂! However, come to have fun and not complain and you will have a rewarding time! The service is top notch, from the food, servers, counselors, and management, all will make your stay enjoyable (if you let them)! Also, if you dabble in Vexillology, it is fun to figure out where some of the staff is from. I considered the accommodations very clean, but please leave your "stuffyness" at home - it's a camp ground.

The entire week was filled with activities that made me feel like a child again. The thought and care that went into filling the weekend with fun was appreciated. Even though I was only there for 2 nights 3 days I felt as if it was a week long stay. I recommend going with an open mind and just enjoy yourself. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a weekend getaway to just be a kid again.

This trip exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were clean, sufficient and surprised us with a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs. We spent some nice time sitting here in between the other fun. I ran all day long but other girls took their time. I kayaked, tried paddleboarding, pickleball, volleyball, swimming, a fun speed boat ride, rock climbing, hiking, zip lining, Rode the giant swing and danced till I couldn't dance any more. The food was bountiful and delicious with an excellent assortment to appeal to all tastes. We brought snacks and never touched them. The entertainment was fantastic and we loved how the staff got the dance floors rocking so we could easily join in the fun. The staff treated us like queens and we were well catered too and cared for. There were so many opportunities to have a great time. I can't recommend this enough for all ages and abilities if you want to feel like a kid again. Thanks Camp Get a way. See you again sometime soon. Melody

One of the best weekends of my life. From the time we arrived, we were treated like VIP and entertained throughout the weekend. I couldn't stop smiling. The camp is beautiful and well maintained. The staff really makes it special. Activities are so fun, the food was good and accommodations were better than I expected. I will 100% be returning and only regret not coming sooner.
