Sun Outdoors Mystic

We have been here seen April and husband got sick so we had to get a more permanent spot for the summer till you close. All staff is friendly and very helpful. But Ben helped make this process much easier. He went about and about in this very stressful time for me. Thank you so much

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very expensive and poor customer service. I had to cancel a family trip do to a family member getting ill. I canceled 3 months before our trip, and, as of this writing, have yet to receive my refund. I've been to this place before, and enjoyed our stay. But, now, unfortunately, they have lost for life and pissed off a customer. Make sure, if you go to this place, be aware of these reviews.

We booked a vacation back in september of 25 and booked 2 spots next to each other. We were told that we were not given the 2 spots because we didnt pay the extra $15 to hold them. We were told to chose the spots when we booked....in september. And the place has you packed in like sardines for $100 go somewhere else. Good water and electricity though.

We had a nice stay at sun outdoors mystic. Mike on the phone was very nice and Vince on site was also very helpful. Overall, we would stay again if we are in the area.

We were not impressed with Sun Outdoors Mystic. For a campground, you expect more than a grassy spot in a field — but that's essentially what you get here.
The entrance sets the tone: broken-down vehicles and construction supplies greet you as you pull in, which felt very off-putting for a paid campground. The mini golf course has clearly seen better days too — broken and loose bricks, missing greens, and features that don't work.
The bigger disappointment came when we had to check out two days early due to an emergency. Despite Sun Outdoors being part of a nationwide chain, we received no refund — only a credit good at this exact location. For a company with campgrounds across America, that's a disappointing policy that doesn't account for real emergencies.
We won't be returning.
